“I was first introduced to Thetahealing through a friend’s recommendation. This tuned out to be something very remarkable for me because, on the day of my first consultation, at the exact moment I was accessing the Theta meditation for the first time, my friend was “leaving for the other world.”
In reality, I found in Thetahealing notions that unified my quantum conscience, cosmology, spirituality and quantum physics studies (the latter as a hobby). I had already practiced conventional therapies for several years, such as Buddhist and yoga meditation, however, nothing has brought as amazing results as Thetahealing.
During my first session, I could already start seeing things that had always been right in front of me, that I had never noticed. This technique is so powerful that, just in the 7 months I have been practicing it, having had 3 consultations (2 presential ones), I can say that I have changed the meaning of many things in my life, which had caused me much distress for at least 2 years. I started analyzing myself more and questioning my beliefs. I accepted my limitations because I could understand them, and I accepted my desires and needs with unconditional love. In fact, during my first session, when Sofia told me about unconditional love, I really thought this was something outside my capabilities, that it was something for someone in Buddhist state and with a very advanced spirituality. I understood that I did not know how to love and that I did not love myself. Today, I understand I am a part of everything that exists. I recognize myself as a divine particle and I reach to the Creator of everything, where I find the truth and love that can be found on everything. I now express an abundance of love in every part of my life, such as when passing by a flower, contemplating nature or relaxing at the seaside, when looking at my son, and when looking at my daughter sleep. I am more grounded in the present and meditation highly contributes for me to be like this.
With due respect to the Basic DNA course, I had already read two of Vianna Stibal’s books a month before taking it (Basic and Advanced DNA). The more I read, the more I saw myself in the interpretations put forward by her. The course was very eye opening for me. It took place in a weekend in which a hurricane hit the Portuguese coast and, along with it, many of my beliefs were taken away and many paths and intuitions were opened. I have been using the technique on myself and my children, which has profoundly helped me respect and raise them better as well as in recognizing my responsibility towards them. It has also helped me deal with my hindering beliefs and inherited energy load. I have only to thank to the one who brought me to this technique, which Sofia helped me remember and that Vianna compiled and formalized, so that each one of us can live in completeness.

“I first got in touch with the Thetahealing technique in March of this year, having my initial consultation with Sofia through a call. It surprised me right away and I developed a lot of empathy towards the therapist, becoming very interested on the technique. As soon as Sofia opened up course enrollments in Porto, I quickly enrolled.
I have been practicing Reiki for many years, being really in love with it, and, up until then, I had never identified myself this much with any other technique. By the end of April, I took Sofia’s Basic DNA course and I loved it. It has been amazingly enrichening for myself and those close to me. Meanwhile, I have had more consultations with Sofia, which have helped me remove blockages from myself that limited my life in some way. With Sofia, I was remembered that the Law of Attraction actually works and that maintaining our vibration elevated and living in a positive way is very beneficial for myself and those around me.
From those consultations, one stands out. This is because I suffered from a small repercussion from a physical issue I had in the past, living with it for several years. After finishing a session with Sofia, that repercussion had completely disappeared and, up until now, still has not come back. It was a session full of emotion and gratitude for what was happening.
I know that some people may have strong skepticism and that, by having a lot of knowledge regarding other techniques, they may doubt this. However, faith acts as a fundamental factor not only with this therapy/energetic healing technique, but also with any other. “ThetaHealing came into my life as a calling. I have always been a person who respected the many existing techniques in the world, but I had never felt the need to study let alone practice them. When I talk about this, I normally say that only through ThetaHealing I could know which were the main chakras and how many of them were there plus that the first time I meditated was during this technique’s presentation. A week before initiating the Basic DNA course in Porto, I was very agitated: I wanted to take the course, but I was wondering if it made sense to do it… me? Someone who has never done anything related? There are no pre-requisites? Hum! I do not have enough money to take it! I asked my friend, who has practiced several techniques for over 20 years, for an opinion and also asked my Master (now) Sofia Matos if taking the course was the right decision! However, answers did not come from them. They came from myself! Yes, my inner self gave me the answer and showed me the path (and the money for the course appeared soon after). The first time I came in contact with this technique was in April of 2017 (date of the course) and, since then, my life has completely changed… and much more is to come… The main change, most noticeable to everyone who knows me, took place inside of me, in my way of being and acting. I became aware that everything in my life depends on myself. I am now a confident, positive, cheerful and peaceful woman. I found my life’s mission (which now I understand my Superior Self was already telling me about, for a long time). I am still at the start of this journey, with much still left to be discovered! Up until now, I still only practice self-healing and, on my husband, friend and daughter. It is wonderful to see the positive changes happening. Many blockages could be found in myself, which were always bringing me recurring situations. Some of those blockages were developed as a result of my relationship with my father or mother (causes common to all of us) and, as a consequence of working/eliminating such blockages, those relationships changed completely. It is wonderful! In ThetaHealing, by taking care of a blockage of our own, we will be taking care of up to 5 of our own generations’. When my daughter was suffering from a stomach ache, I have the blessing to ask and assist in her healing and, in minutes, the child who was struggling in pain, starts running and saying “mom, I am already well”.
